Simon & Garfunkel are an American singer-songwriter duo of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. They formed the group Tom and Jerry in 1957, and had their first taste of success with the minor hit “Hey, Schoolgirl”. As Simon and Garfunkel, the duo rose to fame in 1965, backed by the hit single “The Sounds of Silence”. Their music was featured in the landmark film The Graduate, propelling them further into the public consciousness.
They are well known for their close harmonies and sometimes unstable relationship. Their last album, Bridge over Troubled Water, was delayed several times due to artistic disagreements. They were among the most popular recording artists of the 1960s, and are perhaps best known for their songs “The Sounds of Silence”, “Mrs. Robinson”, “Bridge over Troubled Water”, and “The Boxer.” They have received several Grammys and are inductees of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (2007). In 2004, Rolling Stone ranked Simon and Garfunkel #40 on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.[1]
They have reunited on several occasions since their 1970 breakup, most famously for 1981’s The Concert in Central Park, which attracted more than 750,000 people.

L: Tasha, can you come here for a sec?
T: yeah, coming.
L: okay. tell me the truth. Do you miss Joe?
T: *closes the door.* don’t tell anyone, but i do.

T: yeah.
*L&K*
L: ok. so she says she misses him alot.
K: so did Joe. He said hes really still madly in love with her.
L: yes!
K: so here’s the plan. we’re all gonna go to the secret hidden garden in town and we will go our own way, which leaves Tasha and Joe alone. Then Joe won’t be able to resist her. L: good plan!
*at the secret garden.*
L: Kev, it looks like its gonna pour rain today.
K: yeah. Hey can i take you somewhere? alone?
L: oooo ok! *They walk away. Tasha and Joe are left alone.*
J: *looks at Tasha.*
T: *starts to walk away.*
J: *grabs Tasha’s hand.* wait.
T: Joe, let go.
J: not until you wait, i won’t.
T: Joe, stop.
J: *still holding onto her hand.*
T: Joe! I’m seri–
J: *kisses her passionatly, slowly, grabs her waist and pulls her real close to him. Then the rain starts bucketing.*

J: *holds her.* don’t cry, baby. why? T: I-I miss you too. *holds him back.* *starts to rain even harder.* Joe: *holds her tighter.* *takes off his jacket, puts it on her, and carries her home.*

J: *hugs her tightly.* how about now? T: no. *smiles and sniffles.*
J: *looks ar her. Then they start making out.*
*Joe lays her down, still kissing her passionatly and holding her. He puts his hand up her shirt, feels around, and takes it off. She unzips and takes off his pants. soon enough, Tasha is in her bra and underwear and Joe is in only boxers. Then, Joe reaches into her underwear and…(you know what happens.)
